I started whole 30 today. I have just been really unhappy with how I've been eating the last several months and I'm ready to reset my body. It's totally safe to do Whole 30 while pregnant. I plan on listening to my body and eating when I'm hungry. I'll also eat more than the recommended fruit servings and just eat healthy nutritious food. Basically I wont be eating dairy, legumes, grains and sugar. So that means no more sweetner in my coffee or tea and no more desserts unless its a piece of fruit. I'm really excited about it and so far its gone well! I'll try to keep this updated as I go!
