I actually got good sleep last night! Its a miracle! Lately the theme to my sleep is: go to bed around 9 or 9:30 fall asleep 15 min later. Wake up to pee between 3-5 times. Toss and turn/wake up from dreams 3-4 times, wake up around 5 am 30 min before my alarm goes off and toss and turn some more. So as you can see I don't get restful sleep. Plus I'm pregnant so I'm sleepy regardless if I get good sleep or not. But last night I feel like I finally caught up on some good sleep. I think I got close to 9 hours. Of course there was still some of the above but I slept until 7:45 which is a miracle!
Of course I'm still sleepy though, haha.
