For the past four months I have been working out regularly with a trainer and eating clean/paleo (most of the time). When I'm being good and sticking with it I feel amazing. I can truly say I feel a difference in just my day to day life. I have more energy and I just feel so good. One of my goals someday is to do some kind of marathon/obstacle course. Lately I've been slacking on the eating part but it is my goal to get back on track this week. I wish sugar wasn't my weakness!
On a side note, I really want to try running again. However, when I was walking my house I stepped down a stairstep wrong and now my ankle doesn't feel right. I'm hoping that it feels normal tomorrow because I would like to try running again soon.
